Sr Technical Program Manager , Uber AI Solutions Department: Engineering Team: Technical Program Manager Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber AI Solutions Team is a team within Uber whose mission is to build a Digital Marketplace of choice for enterprises and experts for getting digital tasks of varying complexity completed with industry leading quality, cost and speed. **What the Candidate Will Do:** - Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technical programs — from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration — with a focus on Uber AI Solutions Systems - Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal, Business Development and Compliance teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that meet both the needs of the demand clients and supply resources of the digital marketplace to complete digital tasks - Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality of delivery. - Drive cross-functional strategic planning processes, including defining program scope, aligning on priorities, managing resources, and communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders. - Establish clear success metrics and tracking mechanisms to ensure programs deliver measurable business value. - Act as a central point of coordination across global and regional teams, aligning efforts and ensuring consistent execution across multiple work streams. - Champion operational excellence by continuously improving program delivery frameworks, communication channels, and team collaboration models. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager in software or systems development. - Proven success in managing end-to-end delivery of technical programs in the payments or financial technology domain. - Strong technical acumen and problem solving skills, with experience in distributed systems and micro services architectures. - Exc
