<h3><strong>What We Do</strong></h3>
<p>Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.</p>
<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>
<p>As a Product Management Director (Mobile), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Epic’s mobile experiences across our suite of products and businesses. You will apply both creative and analytical skills to identify opportunities, define product direction, support feature development, improve performance, and contribute to initiatives that deepen player engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will balance player experience with business goals, ensuring our mobile efforts deliver impact at scale while aligning with Epic’s broader product vision.</p>
<h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Drive the mobile product strategy and contribute to a roadmap that expands reach, engagement, and long-term retention on the platform.</li>
<li>Partner with development teams to identify and prioritize feature opportunities, gameplay enhancements, and system improvements that elevate the mobile player experience.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional partners to optimize player funnels, in-game experiences, and market readiness across regions.</li>
<li>Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements that improve mobile performance and player experience across backend and frontend systems</li>
<li>Partner closely with analytics teams to define measurable goals, evaluate performance, and ensure recommendations are grounded in clear data and business impact.</li>
<li>Drive alignment among key stakeholders by clearly communicating product requirements and ensuring they share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games</li>
<li>Proven success in shipping and optimizing mobile games; cross-platform (PC/console/mobile) experience is a strong plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions</li>
<li>Highly skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment</li>
<li>A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles and mechanics that create value for players</li>
</ul>
