We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.<br> <br> <strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>The Sales Strategy and Programs team plays a meaningful role in supporting the revenue growth at Canva by creating clarity on our overall revenue and GTM strategy and plan. The team sits within the broader Sales Ops/Strategy/Systems organization that aligns our go-to-market efforts across Sales/Customer Success/Marketing as well as company leadership.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Strategy Lead to drive the global enterprise sales engine and strategy that powers our growth.</p><p>You’ll operate as a key strategic partner to our Sales leadership that sits sits at the intersection of financial rigor and go-to-market design—translating raw data into high-level strategy and ad-hoc projects across pricing, segmentation, and GTM design. You’ll work closely with Finance and Marketing to align our targets, but your focus is on building the scalable frameworks, models, and decision-logic that allow our GTM organization to execute at scale.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Planning &amp; Modeling: </strong>Own the global revenue model and the annual/semi-annual planning process. Manage capacity planning, headcount, and target setting.</li><li><strong>Enterprise GTM Design: </strong>Own ad-hoc projects to optimize the engine—from refining sales segmentation to redesigning motions and routes to market.</li><li><strong>Revenue Initiatives: </strong>Drive cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product, and Growth to unlock revenue (e.g., new market expansion, pricing strategy, and sales coverage models).</li><li><strong>Strategic Problem-Solving: </strong>Partner with Sales leadership to solve high-priority challenges, from market entry strategies to sales motion optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a strategic leader who can shape our global enterprise sales engine while building the models and frameworks that power it. You translate data into clear GTM strategy—owning revenue modeling, planning, segmentation, and sales design.</p><p>Comfortable at the intersection of financial rigor and go-to-market execution, you balance scalable, long-term solutions with high-impact initiatives that unlock growth. You’re a trusted cross-functional partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex challenges.</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5-7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, RevOps, or BizOps within high-growth software companies.</li><li>A proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that resulted in clear, quantifiable business growth.</li><li>Ability to structure ambiguous problems, design solutions from scratch, and drive them to execution.</li><li>Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
