<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the role:</strong></span></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist</strong> to join the Paid Media team. This role is critical in streamlining and executing digital advertising campaigns while ensuring efficiency in campaign management and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies with a focus on advertising to the EMEA region. </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </li>
<li>
<ul>
<li><strong>EMEA Market Expert:</strong> Set-up “local-first” programs which prioritize localized content and creative and have a pulse on top trends in the EMEA and MENA markets as well as a solid understanding of GDPR and country regulations. Serve as the main point of contact with EMEA Marketing stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Hybrid Campaign Management:</strong> Comfortable in managing external agencies as well as executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and Meta.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li><strong>Ad Operations Support:</strong> Assist in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bid management to drive efficiency and improve ROI.</li>
<li><strong>A/B Testing Optimization:</strong> Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging for maximum impact.</li>
<li><strong>Budget Bidding Strategies:</strong> Manage budgets effectively, implementing bidding strategies that maximize return on investment.</li>
<li><strong>Marketing Operations:</strong> Work closely with Marketing Operations team to support lead routing production including setting up lead routing/syncing, lead flow investigation, vendor onboarding, system troubleshooting</li>
<li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Ensure all necessary assets, including ad creatives and copy, are received in a timely manner for campaign launches. Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain campaign schedules and deadlines.</li>
<li><strong>Automation Process Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration Communication:</strong> Work closely with the rest of the paid media team to align goals, share insights, and support strategic initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to the broader marketing organization, providing guidance on campaign strategy, planning, and execution</li>

<li><strong>Qualifications Experience:</strong></li>

<li>5+ years of experience in paid media and digital advertising.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Google SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.</li>
<li>Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience with techstack tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.</li>
<li>Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools like Asana</li>
<li>A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven and decisions</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines</li>
