Senior Director, Solution Consulting - Telco & Media (National)

<p>ServiceNow is seeking a <strong>Senior Director of Solution Consulting</strong> to lead the Telco and Media industry nationally across the United States.</p><p>This leader will shape the technical go to market strategy for one of ServiceNow’s most strategic industries and help customers transition to AI driven, platform centric operating models.</p><p>As a senior leader within the Solution Consulting organization, you will:</p><p>• Lead and scale a high performance team of solution consulting leaders and architects<br> • Partner closely with national sales leadership to drive industry growth<br> • Act as a Field CTO and strategic advisor to senior customer executives<br> • Help customers modernize operations through AI, automation, and digital platform transformation</p><p>This role requires a leader who combines industry perspective, executive engagement, technical credibility, and organizational leadership to drive transformational outcomes for both customers and the business.</p><p><strong>What You Get to Do in This Role:</strong></p><p><strong>Lead the National Technical Strategy for Telco and Media</strong></p><p>• Lead the national Telco and Media Solution Consulting organization and shape technical strategy across the industry segment<br> • Partner with national sales leadership to drive strategic account expansion and industry growth<br> • Establish ServiceNow as the AI platform of choice for telecommunications and media organizations</p><p><strong>Drive AI Native Platform Transformation</strong></p><p>• Transform the Solution Consulting organization into an AI native, platform first technical advisory team<br> • Position AI, automation, and digital workflows as the foundation for customer transformation<br> • Lead complex multi workflow pursuits involving enterprise architecture, automation, and agentic AI</p><p><strong>Serve as a Field CTO and Industry Advisor</strong></p><p>• Engage with customers across the industry as a trusted strategic advisor<br> • Translate emerging AI capabilities into business outcomes for CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leaders<br> • Represent ServiceNow’s innovation agenda in industry conversations and strategic customer engagements</p><p><strong>Build and Scale a High Performance Team</strong></p><p>• Recruit, coach, and develop top technical talent<br> • Build a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and customer obsession<br> • Enable the team to operate as industry advisors, not just product experts</p><p><strong>Establish Operational Excellence</strong></p><p>• Drive disciplined operating rhythms across pipeline generation, technical qualification, and forecast accuracy<br> • Improve technical win rates and deal velocity through consistent execution frameworks<br> • Ensure strong alignment across sales, product, partners, and consulting teams</p> <p><strong>Leadership and Industry Expertise</strong></p><p>• Senior pre sales leadership experience driving enterprise technology transformation<br> • Deep experience within telecommunications, media, or similarly complex digital industries<br> • Demonstrated success building and leading high performing technical organizations</p><p><strong>AI and Platform Transformation Leadership</strong></p><p>• Experience modernizing solution consulting teams toward AI native and platform first selling<br> • Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and data platforms reshape enterprise operating models<br> • Ability to translate AI innovation into business transformation outcomes</p><p><strong>Executive Engagement</strong></p><p>• Trusted executive advisor capable of engaging CIO, CTO, and digital transformation leadership<br> • Experience influencing executive stakeholders to expand platform adoption across business domains<br> • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences</p><p><strong>Technical and Business Acumen</strong></p><p>• Enterprise technical credibility across architecture, automation platf ...
