<p><br>We're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing Events and Brand Marketing team - someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute to and learn from a team of seasoned event professionals, and help bring Webflow's field marketing programs to life globally. This is a new role joining an established and talented team.<br><br>This is an early seat on a small, high-performing team that moves quickly and takes its work seriously. You'll get real ownership, real mentorship, and real exposure to what it looks like to build field marketing programs that drive pipeline — supported by experienced event and field marketing professionals across North America and EMEA. We'll invest in your growth, and we'll expect you to bring your initiative, creativity, and follow-through to everything you touch.</p>

<li>The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.<br><br></li>

<li>Zone A: $95,000 - $115,000</li>
<li>Zone B: $91,000 - $109,000</li>
<li>Zone C: $86,000 - $103,000</li>

<li>Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON BC, Canada)</li>

<li>108,000 - 130,000</li>
</ul>

<p>This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. <li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Webflow's NAMER field marketing programs — including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events — with increasing ownership as you grow in the role</li>
<li>Help build and maintain program timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor communications, and event logistics from pre-event planning through post-event wrap-up</li>
<li>Work closely with the NAMER sales team to support field program execution, ensuring strong pre-event outreach, on-site sales presence, and post-event follow-through</li>
<li>Support budget tracking across NAMER programs — monitoring spend, flagging variances, and helping the team consistently deliver programs on or under budget</li>
