Learning & Development Specialist (Contract)

<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a seasoned LD Specialist to join the Learning Programs team and support Unity’s cultural transformation. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring their deep expertise to build and facilitate engaging learning experiences. You will transform technical and behavioral concepts into high-impact, scalable learning that can drive measurable business performance.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will partner with colleagues and business stakeholders to design, create and execute learning programs, including leadership development, team effectiveness and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>You will leverage your strategic thinking to create scalable learning pathways for our business units, including technical teams.</li> <li>You will support the design and build out of Unity’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including creating and updating our content catalogue.</li> <li>You will lead engaging, interactive workshops and learning sessions (both in-person and virtual) for diverse audiences across multiple locations, from first-time managers to senior executives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in LD, with deep expertise in instructional design or organizational development.</li> <li>Highly proficient in design tools and learning platforms (video creation [e.g., Synthesia], Rise, Canva, Sana) and a deep understanding of adult learning theories.</li> <li>Proven experience building end-to-end learning programs in a corporate setting.</li> <li>A strong eye for aesthetics and content design; they should be able to create clean, modern learning and digital assets that look professional.</li> <li>Proven experience leading and facilitating workshops for mid-to-senior level management.</li> <li>They should be comfortable managing diverse audiences, including first-time managers, "skeptical", high-conflict teams, or cross-functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previously worked in a SaaS company.</li> <li>Project Management experience</li> <li>Previous experience in LXP deployment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relocation support is not available for this position</li> <li>Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br>At Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
