You'll combine data-driven insights with creative storytelling to drive consumer engagement and conversion across high-impact marketing campaigns. * * * ## What You'll Do **Merchandising & Content Strategy** - Lead local merchandising and content strategy for Rest of Retail and Convenience categories - Craft compelling consumer narratives using performance data, seasonality insights, and market trends - Optimize the end-to-end shopping journey to drive engagement and conversion **Campaign Ownership & Execution** - Own merchandising execution for high-impact marketing campaigns from planning through delivery - Manage campaign prioritization, planning calendars, and timelines in partnership with Sales and Marketing - Drive high-quality execution while contributing to longer-term strategic initiatives **Performance & Insights** - Define success metrics and continuously track campaign and category performance - Generate actionable insights to improve consumer engagement, conversion, and shopping experience - Use data to identify opportunities to innovate and scale best practices **Cross-Functional Leadership** - Serve as key leader aligning Operations, Sales, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Global Merchandising teams - Influence and coordinate senior stakeholders across functions to ensure strategic alignment - Drive execution excellence through clear communication and collaborative leadership * * * ## What You'll Need **Required Qualifications** - **7+ years of experience** in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or consumer-facing businesses - Demonstrated ownership of merchandising, growth, or content-related initiatives - **Strong analytical capabilities:** SQL proficiency and experience using data to drive decisions and prioritization - **Fluent in English and Japa
