Partner Manager, Retail - Taipei Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Account Management Location: Taipei City, Taiwan (ROC) Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Uber Eats team is seeking sharp, highly motivated individuals to join the Retail segment, managing some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with merchant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local and central operations, product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize partnerships and deliver maximum value for both Uber and its merchant partners. **You will thrive in this role if you:** • Perform at your best in a collaborative team environment • Demonstrate a strong appetite for continuous learning • Value ideas and impact over hierarchy • Are deeply customer-obsessed and results-driven **What You’ll Do** • Own the commercial relationship for assigned retail categories, managing multiple merchants through annual planning and regular weekly and monthly business reviews • Execute portfolio-level commercial strategies aligned with category and merchant-specific growth objectives • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure a high-quality consumer experience • Develop and implement action plans to improve key performance indicators, including tailored promotional strategies by category or specialty store • Present and recommend data-backed solutions to merchants, clearly articulating the value proposition of Ads and Direct offerings • Serve as the primary coordination point between merchants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution **Basic Qualifications** • Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in account management, retail, CPG, or a similar commercial role • Prior client-facing experience, ideally managing enterprise or mid-market accounts • Strong analytical capability with confidence in making data-driven decisions and applying sound business judgment • Demonstrated track record of managing complex partnerships and delivering measurable results
