As the Head of Inside Sales for the UK, you are the architect of our high-velocity SMB acquisition engine, powering the growth of the UK’s restaurant ecosystem. Sales at Uber Eats is not about pushing a product—it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing, hyper-competitive delivery market.
You’ll lead a team of c.50 sales professionals, managing through a leadership team of 4–8 Sales Managers. The pace is fast, the stakes are high, and the environment is often ambiguous. You will be expected to turn complexity into clarity at speed, navigating the tension between high-volume acquisition and long-term partner success. ## What You’ll Do
- **Lead a High-Impact Organization:** Oversee a headcount of 50+, driving a unified culture of ownership, energy, and accountability where excellence is the norm and every restaurant sign-up matters.
- **Coach the Coaches:** Directly manage 4–8 Sales Managers, acting as a force multiplier by developing their skills in strategy, forecasting, and the hard calls of people management.
- **Architect Sales Strategy:** Design and implement scalable outreach playbooks and campaigns that work in the real world, balancing long-term impact with the urgency of daily targets.
- **Navigate the Rhythm of Business:** Own the weekly forecast and pipeline cadence for the UK SMB org, staying steady under pressure while using data to identify and unblock risks in real-time.
