About The Role: We are looking for a software engineer to join CrowdStrike's global TechOps CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale. What You'll Do: Design & Build: Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps toolchains Developer Experience: Create self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization. Develop and maintain modern web applications using front-end technologies and frameworks Implement comprehensive testing strategies across the CI/CD pipeline Create and optimize build tools and development workflows What You'll Need: Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Javascript, Python, Java, Groovy, or GO) 8-12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development. Front-End Development: Working experience in core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Next.js CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment. Containerization: Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns Version Control: SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab) Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (QUnit, Mocha, Vitest) Command-line scripting expertise using Node.js Hands-on experience with front-end build tooling (Webpack, Npm, React, Vite) Testing & Tools: Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (QUnit, Mocha, Vitest) Command-line scripting expertise using Node.js Hands-on experience with front-end build tooling (Webpack, Npm, React, Vite) CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms Containerization: Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Programming Skills: Strong scripting abilities in Javascript, Python, Go, or PowerShell Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns Version Control: SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab) Preferred Qualifications: Configuration management experience (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt) Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafa ...
