## About the Role
The Uber Advertising team is looking for strategic sellers to join as founding members of our newly established Uber Ads division. As a Senior CPG Client Partner, you will play a key role in building high-impact advertising partnerships with some of our largest CPG brands.
In this role, you will own the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of top CPG partners, driving adoption of an expanding suite of advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across New Verticals Sales, Operations, Ads Account Management, and Analytics to ensure partner success and long-term growth. This position reports directly to the Mexico Head of CPG Ad Sales.
## What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic advertising partnerships in collaboration with the New Verticals sales team, consistently exceeding quarterly growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Director-, VP-, and C-level marketing leaders within CPG organizations.
- Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex partner challenges and drive durable partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and exceptional partner outcomes.
- Drive adoption of advertising products by clearly communicating value and differentiating our offerings through creative storytelling.
- Create scalable pitch narratives that can be leveraged across the Ads organization to support partner growth.
- Actively support teammates and contribute beyond your core scope as needed to help scale the business.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating partner feedback into insights that help shape future CPG Ads product roadmaps.
