Sr Product Manager, Courier Fleets Department: Product Team: Product Management Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Efficient courier performance is a foundation of Uber’s delivery ecosystem. In many of our most complex and highly regulated marketplaces, third-party courier fleet partnerships and staff leasing models are the primary driver for scaling access and operating a reliable service. As a Sr. Product Manager for Courier Fleets, you will own the strategy and products that enable delivery fleets to thrive in environments with intense regulatory oversight and turn that strength into a competitive advantage. You will build enterprise-grade tools that drive efficient utilization of courier supply while ensuring compliance with local labor and operational mandates. You will collaborate deeply across Tech, Regional Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure curated courier supply delivers maximum value to our customers and marketplace. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. Own a product roadmap for courier fleets, focusing on fleet performance, and the tools that enable fleets to manage courier performance. 2. Ensure that Uber delivers an enterprise grade ready product for a fleet forward future 3. Lead with data and customer empathy, combining quantitative insights with a deep understanding of fleet needs to shape product direction 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and Design to execute against an ambitious, multi-quarter roadmap 5. Drive alignment across teams, ensuring strategic clarity and execution velocity on complex, cross-functional initiatives 6. Define clear, actionable product requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and long-term value creation 7. Partner directly with fleet operators, integrating feedback into product development and cultivating strong relationships with strategic partners 8.
