Operations Generalist
About The Team/Role
We’re looking for an Operations Generalist to support our Operations team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user agreements and signature validation.
This role will focus on reviewing user-submitted agreements and signatures, validating them against internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing approval and rejection decisions, and executing the operational steps required post-review.
This is a detail-oriented operational role that plays a critical part in maintaining documentation accuracy and process integrity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review user agreements and validate signatures against internal (Standard Operating Procedures) SOPs.
- Execute post-approval and post-rejection operational steps
- Maintain and manage tracking sheets related to agreement status and signature validation
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Monitor and maintain the overall health of the signature process and escalate inconsistencies

NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and User Agreement Processes: Familiarity with KYC procedures, including reviewing user agreements, signatures, and onboarding documentation, is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms or Remote Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello)
- Adaptability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new software or tools as required by the organization.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and respond to queries effectively.
- Familiarity with Data Validation Tools: Experience with tools or processes for validating and cleaning data.
