We’re seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to architect a next-generation demand engine that uses AI, real buying signals, and coordinated execution to drive measurable revenue growth. This is an opportunity to design and scale a modern, AI-powered demand engine across the full buyer journey. You will rethink how we identify buying signals, orchestrate campaigns, and convert interest into pipeline. Role Overview As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the evolution of our demand engine through AI-driven signal detection, coordinated channel execution, and intelligent automation. Build a demand engine that identifies, prioritizes, and converts real buying signals Redesign paid, lifecycle, and ABM into one coordinated revenue system Replace manual optimizations with automation that compounds over time Introduce smarter workflows that meaningfully improve how we operate You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive new logo and expansion pipeline growth that directly accelerates revenue. What You’ll Own AI-Driven Demand Architecture Design and scale an AI-powered demand engine that captures intent signals across channels Develop workflows that prioritize accounts and leads based on real buying behavior Connect first-party data, paid engagement insights, and sales feedback into a unified targeting approach Implement automation that strengthens performance with each campaign cycle Unified Revenue System (Paid, Lifecycle, and ABM) Redesign paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM as one coordinated system Orchestrate campaigns based on buying stage and signal strength Create seamless movement from awareness to opportunity through intelligent nurture Replace disconnected channel efforts with a connected pipeline engine Automation and Intelligent Optimization Transition manual bid adjustments and segmentation work into AI-driven workflows Build scalable testing systems that continuously improve CAC and pipeline efficiency Develop automated reporting and insight loops that give Sales clear visibility into high-fit buyers Introduce tools and processes that increase leverage without increasing complexity Pipeline and Revenue Impact Own pipeline generation targets aligned to revenue goals in partnership with the VP of Demand Generation Increase high-fit demo volume and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates Improve CAC efficiency and marketing-attributed revenue Build transparent attribution models that clearly demonstrate impact First 90 Days In your first 90 days, you will: Launch at least one AI-powered workflow that changes how we prioritize or convert demand Replace a legacy manual process with scalable automation Redesign a core acquisition or nurture motion for greater speed and efficiency Deliver measurable pipeline impact What Success Looks Like A demand engine that consistently surfaces high-intent buyers Coordinated, systemized execution across channels Automation that reduces manual work and increases performance Quarter-over-quarter improvements in pipeline efficiency Strong alignment with Sales built on pipeline quality and transparency Clear reporting that ties marketing efforts directly to revenue Qualifications 6–8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing Dem ...
