This leader will own pipeline creation goals and drive both strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, events, and ABM programs that generate demand across the full buyer journey—from awareness through closed/won revenue. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Marketing to ensure our demand engine operates with precision, speed, and accountability. Launch integrated campaigns, aligned to business priorities and sales plays, with clear quarterly pipeline targets and timely performance feedback loops. Operationalize AI-driven ABM, prioritizing high-value accounts with intent and behavioral data to increase engagement and compress sales cycles. Lead event and field strategy with a focus on creating highly engaging customer and prospect experiences and ensuring fast follow-up, automated scoring, and clear pipeline attribution. Establish tight alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations, building predictive pipeline models, conversion diagnostics, and shared accountability for pipeline velocity. Create a culture of continuous experimentation, increasing testing cadence, shortening time-to-insight, and scaling what performs. Develop and elevate a performance-driven team, equipping marketers with AI-enabled workflows that increase output, efficiency, and measurable impact. Modernize analytics and reporting with AI, implementing advanced attribution and predictive forecasting that connect spend directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will be successful if you: Bring 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, including 3+ years owning pipeline targets in high-growth environments. Have a track record of delivering pipeline growth at pace, driving quarterly acceleration rather than incremental improvement. Demonstrate experience embedding AI into marketing strategy and operations to improve targeting precision, experimentation velocity, and ROI.
