Job Description
We're looking for a talented Business Operations (BizOps) Associate to join Wildlife's BizOps team.
Within the BizOps team, you will work on high-priority initiatives directly with senior leadership, gain visibility across the whole business, and own end-to-end impact from diagnosis to execution. It’s a rare blend of strategy, operations, and selective MA exposure in one of the largest mobile gaming companies in the world.
The role requires resourcefulness and a high sense of ownership, in addition to the analytical and problem-solving skills typical of strategic roles. You will have autonomy to lead workstreams and will be accountable for delivering complete end products. You will need to navigate most areas of the company, build relationships, and have a strong sense of how our business and industry operate.
The high exposure nature of the role also requires good communication skills, mainly written, which is our standard way of running meetings (no PPTs!). For that, you will need to be structured, clearly articulating issues, alternatives, and recommendations. Since you are going to be involved in a number of different projects, as well as ad-hoc analyses, there will be no routine for this job.
What you'll do
Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem structuring to implementation, partnering with leaders across product, marketing, finance, and operations
Support our MA and investment efforts through sourcing, market mapping, financial modeling, and selective diligence / integration workstreams
Run analyses and write clear and concise docs that shape our strategic priorities and help leadership move fast
Improve how the company operates, helping design and implement scalable processes and routines that raise the bar across teams
What you'll need
4+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or strategy operations
Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work under ambiguity
Ability to break down complex problems and write clear, structured documents
Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment and working directly with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English and Portuguese
More about you
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You take ownership, operate with autonomy, and push things to completion
You communicate with clarity and can influence without authority
You are hands-on, curious, and energized by working across different topics and teams
