WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will: - Design and execute innovative growth strategies across channels, combining data-driven analysis with creative experimentation - Identify new opportunities to acquire customers, expand market reach, and form strategic partnerships - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize funnels and drive measurable results - Test, iterate, and scale initiatives with speed, precision, and a focus on long-term impact - Own your metrics end-to-end and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory YOUR PROFILE You’re a good fit for this role if you: - Have 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business strategy, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech - Think creatively and analytically, blending bold experimentation with data-backed decisions - Communicate effectively, inspiring stakeholders across teams to move fast and act decisively - Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embrace AI-driven transformation WHY JOIN US?
