Overview We are seeking an Associate Support Consultant to provide frontline application support for our clients worldwide. This role involves resolving client inquiries, documenting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product functionality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support via calls, email, and Internet for product functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. Document and track client issues in ServiceNow (SNOW) and ensure clear, accurate case records. Search knowledge base for known issues to accelerate resolutions. Reproduce client problems to identify root causes and escalate when necessary. Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining positive rapport and setting clear expectations. Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Contribute to departmental goals, process improvements, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–3 years of international, customer-facing experience in technical support or client services. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and knowledge base tools. Ability to work collaboratively and escalate appropriately. Competencies Client-focused mindset with professionalism. Clear communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Working Arrangements Standard US work hours, which would be India night shifts. Primarily Hybrid work environment but may also require complete work from office as per business needs.
