Mandatory Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Troubleshooting experience Required Experience: 1-3 years. Working Arrangements: 24x7 rotational shift Abilities Ability to apply basic knowledge of solution features and functionality to ask rudimentary troubleshooting questions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong team player – collaborates well with others in multiple time zones; ability to share knowledge with team members. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues. Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems. Searches for known issues and product information in the Knowledge Base to speed problem resolutions; Ensures case documentation is accurate, complete, clear and consistent with Support policy. Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered. Provide day to say support via internal support ticket system tool. Candidate will be responsible for understating and fulfilling requirement based on SLA and priority of tickets. Responds to, works and closes cases within established timelines and SOP's; Communicates accurate expectations to the clients. Preference Healthcare knowledge and experience Essential SQL Understanding Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Tech & Troubleshooting Skills: A basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting abilities will help you succeed in this role.
