About the Job:
Archy is seeking an experienced, results-oriented District Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of high-performing Account Executives. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and market expansion in your assigned territory. As District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting top sales talent, developing your team into elite closers, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-growing market.
You'll thrive in ambiguity, building structure where needed while remaining adaptable as our business evolves. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you'll refine our sales approach, ensure best practices are adopted, and drive a seamless customer experience from prospect to close.
Leveraging HubSpot CRM and modern sales tools, you'll track team performance, identify coaching opportunities, and optimize sales processes. As a player-coach leader, you'll forecast accurately, hold your team accountable to high standards, and celebrate wins while continuously pushing for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard exceptional Account Executive talent to build a high-performing district team
- Coach and develop AEs through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, ride-alongs, and personalized development plans
- Set and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets and performance metrics
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to align on go-to-market strategy, ICP refinement, and competitive positioning
- Own district revenue quota and drive consistent overachievement
- Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
- Navigate ambiguity and build scalable processes as the business grows and market conditions evolve
- Utilize HubSpot CRM and sales intelligence tools to monitor activity, pipeline health, and deal progression
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Create and refine district playbooks, sales methodologies, and enablement resources
- Identify emerging market opportunities and adjust territory strategy accordingly
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in a sales management role leading Account Executives or similar closing roles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying management position
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and develop top sales talent
- Experience coaching high-performing AEs and driving individual and team performance improvement
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) and modern sales technology stacks
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills with a coaching mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
