Anaqua is committed to 100% client satisfaction. We seek a highly skilled and versatile Training professional to join our Legal Support Services (LSS team) as a  IP Trainer for our Gurugram office. Position Overview:  In this role, the Trainer would lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for our LSS team. This role will focus on IP Docketing and other IP services, with a strong emphasis on AQX (Anaqua) software and will cater to diverse audiences including freshers, partially trained staff, and experienced employees requiring refresher training. You’ll Love This Job if You Like To:  Training Design & Delivery Develop and deliver training programs for: Freshers/new to IP Partially trained employees Experienced staff (refresher sessions) Design and maintain a core curriculum focused on IP Docketing workflows and compliance . Customize training content based on jurisdictional requirements (USPTO, EPO, WIPO, IPO, etc.). Learning Modalities Implement a mix of instructor-led, e-learning, hands-on simulations, and case-based learning. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, quizzes, mock exercises, and SOPs. Technology & Tools Training Conduct training on IP management systems, especially Anaqua AQX (mandatory). Knowledge of Pattsy Wave, RightHub will be preferred Evaluation & Feedback Conduct pre- and post-training assessments. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to the management. Recommend improvements based on training effectiveness and learner feedback. Continuous Learning & Onboarding Lead ongoing learning initiatives including legal updates, process changes, and refresher modules. Integrate training into onboarding for new hires. Identify training needs through stakeholder engagement and performance analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in IP paralegal work, with a strong focus on docketing. Hands-on experience with Anaqua AQX software is mandatory . Prior experience in training or mentoring IP professionals would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of global IP filing procedures and docketing systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Certification in IP law and/ or training & development. Experience with other IP management tools (e.g., CPI, Foundation IP). Familiarity with instructional design principles.
