In this role, you’ll partner with clients to implement, configure, and extend our platform while collaborating closely with internal engineering and product teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across the full stack—primarily C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server—and who values clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and high-quality outcomes. If you enjoy blending technical work with customer interaction and want to make a direct impact on how clients succeed with software, this could be a great fit.   What You’ll Do: You’ll work in a client-facing, solution-oriented environment where both technical skill and communication matter. Responsibilities include: Develop, configure, and troubleshoot web applications using C#, ASP.NET (.NET, MVC, WebForms), and related technologies Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server, including queries, views, and stored procedures Work with Entity Framework to manage data access Translate business and functional requirements into clear, maintainable technical solutions Participate in client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design reviews Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and screen-sharing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and similar reporting tools Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product functionality and implementation processes Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work on time Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as project needs evolve   What You Bring: We’re more interested in practical experience and problem-solving ability than checking every box.
