Responsible for the complete installation of software (when applicable). Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong client management skills and willingness for continuous improvement Experience with requirements-gathering initiatives Knowledge of systems integration and the system development lifecycle Presentation and meeting management skills Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project Knowledge of Intellectual Property business processes is preferred Report building in SSRS or equivalent reporting tools   Skills and Experience Required: BS/BA / Computer Science or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience Experience working with a US Company Proficient SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, C# Intellectual Property experience would be an added advantage Software Implementation experience is a plus   What You’ll Need to Be Successful: ETL Experience Multi Project Experience Experience in a high-performing team environment Excellent Japanese & English language skills
