ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to Axion’s executive team, primarily the CEO. This individual will play a critical role in enabling leadership efficiency, maintaining organizational rhythm, and supporting key initiatives across the company. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, exercises exceptional judgment, and is energized by working at the intersection of people, process, and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the CEO with precision and discretion. - Operational Rhythm: Coordinate executive team meetings, all-hands, and board sessions, preparing materials, agendas, and follow-ups. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between leadership, investors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and alignment. - Information Flow: Proactively manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and confidentiality. - Project Execution: Support special projects across operations, finance, and recruiting, often owning initiatives end-to-end. - Culture & Communication: Partner with People and Ops teams to strengthen internal communications, team rituals, and Axion’s overall operating cadence. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, tech, consulting, or finance experience strongly preferred). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of polish and professionalism. - Strong organizational instincts, able to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and execute with rigor. - High discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive information. - Strong familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and scheduling or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp). - A proactive, low-ego attitude; you thrive in environments that reward ownership, urgency, and impact.
