This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of pricing models, product-led growth, monetization strategy, product packaging, and billing systems. The ideal <strong>Director of Pricing and Growth</strong> understands the importance of pricing experimentation and has prior experience working with cross-functional teams to build innovative pricing models, packaging strategies, and product growth initiatives using data analysis and market research. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver who makes impactful decisions and works closely with the executive team.</div>

<li>Define and drive the overarching pricing, packaging, and growth strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term business goals and market vision.</li>
<li>Lead the creation of innovative pricing models, packaging solutions, and product growth initiatives, conducting experimentation to optimize revenue and user adoption.</li>
<li>Identify and execute opportunities to improve monetization across the entire product journey, including onboarding, feature adoption, upsell/cross-sell flows, and retention.</li>
<li>Foster strategic alignment across product, marketing, finance, and sales teams, ensuring monetization strategies maximize company-wide impact.</li>
<li>Anticipate market trends and lead innovative approaches to pricing, packaging, and product-led growth, setting industry standards for SaaS monetization.</li>
<li>Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, shaping company-wide monetization and product growth strategies, and driving transformative growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Own the financial outcomes of monetization initiatives, leveraging data to drive revenue optimization, user engagement, and market competitiveness.</li>
