Carrot is seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Health Plan Channel Partner, who will own pipeline creation with health plans, strategic channel partners, and their employer clients. You’ll design and run integrated campaigns with and through partners, turning joint programs, like webinars, events, content, and campaigns, into a repeatable engine for qualified opportunities. This role sits on the Demand Generation team and is closely aligned with Partnerships, Health Plan Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, and RevOps. Depending on experience. Responsibilities: Build and execute partner demand programs Drive employer pull-through via health plans, PBMs, and strategic partners. Build and execute campaigns that educate and activate benefits leaders at Carrot-eligible employers within partner books of business. Plan and execute integrated campaigns with partners (e.g., webinars, events, email, joint content, ABM, nurture programs) that drive qualified meetings and opportunities. Translate partner opportunities (e.g., sponsored webinars, co-branded events, portal placements) into clear demand plays with target lists, messaging, and follow-up plans. Partner closely with GTM and partner teams Work hand‑in‑hand with the Health Plans and Strategic Partnerships teams to understand partner priorities, co-create campaign briefs, and ensure Sales is enabled with the right talk tracks and follow-up. Collaborate with Consultant Relations and Events on programs where partners, health plans, and consultants intersect. Align with Product Marketing on positioning and proof points that resonate with health plans and partner channels. Develop segment-specific demand strategies for ASO books of business, including how we prioritize and tailor messaging by channel. Own campaign execution, optimization, and measurement Define and own targets for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, employer opportunities, and won revenue across ASO business. Build and launch campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid/organic channels, and partner channels, working closely with Marketing Operations and our Digital team. Define goals for each program and continually optimize audience, content, and channels based on performance. Partner with RevOps to track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and build simple, trusted reporting that ties programs back to revenue. Systematize and scale “demand patterns” Coordinate with regional teams to adapt partner demand programs for U.S. and international markets. Turn successful partner campaigns into repeatable playbooks that can be adapted across multiple health plans and strategic partners. Document processes, templates, and best practices so the team can scale and onboard future DG hires more quickly. Contribute to the ongoing design of Carrot’s Demand Creation system, especially the channel/partner motion.
