We are adding a Corporate FPA Manager to the Finance team, who will be leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, providing crucial financial analysis and insights to senior leadership for decision-making, overseeing consolidated reporting, managing financial processes, and driving system/process improvements for accuracy and efficiency, all while collaborating cross-functionally to link financial plans with business goals. What You Will Be Working On: Financial Planning Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting (monthly/quarterly updates), and long-range planning (LRP) processes, including consolidation and communication of financial targets. Strategic Analysis Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, perform ad-hoc analysis, and create business cases to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation. Cash Flow Forecasting: Analyze financial data to predict future cash inflows and outflows by subsidiary, managing liquidity, identifying risks, and reporting findings to guide strategic decisions. Performance Reporting Insights: Own consolidated financial reporting (Board, Investor Relations, Executive summaries), analyze variances, and present clear insights to guide business health. Process System Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in FPA processes, implementing systems (ie. Adaptive), and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
