By working closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders, our global network of Solutions Consultants exchange insights across regions to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our rapidly growing Mid Market and Enterprise client base. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT DEEPL? We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, technologically adept, and people manager who will lead, coach, and manage our growing team of Solutions Consultants for the enterprise customer segment. This is a unique opportunity to scale and further expand our APJ team. You’ll be a high-energy, strategic, and coaching-focused leader, responsible for the professional growth and development of your team. The Manager will grow, develop, and support a collaborative and results-driven team culture and environment that allows individuals to thrive and customers to realize the value of DeepL. By building strong cross-functional relationships — including with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance — you’ll stay ahead of product innovations, ensure customer feedback informs our roadmap, and guide your team to deliver compelling solutions during complex sales cycles. You’ll be a technical thought leader and advocate, continually refining best practices for demos, technical assessments, and workshops, while championing customer needs to further DeepL’s mission and market expansion.
