MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY As Staff Product Manager for Voice Meetings, you will own DeepL’s most business-critical Voice product end-to-end. Your mandate is clear: grow usage, revenue, and customer impact, while consolidating Voice Meetings as the leading real-time translated meetings solution in the industry. You will operate with a founder-like mindset, balancing strategy and execution, customer needs and business outcomes, UX quality and technical constraints. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on DeepL’s growth trajectory. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES OWN THE PRODUCT END-TO-END - Take full responsibility for Voice for Meetings across discovery, delivery, adoption, and growth. - Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Own success metrics across usage, retention, monetization, and customer satisfaction. DRIVE PRODUCT-LED GROWTH - Scale meeting usage measured in millions of translated minutes. - Identify and optimize key PLG levers: activation, engagement, expansion, and retention. - Partner closely with Data, Growth, and GTM teams to ensure product decisions translate into measurable business impact. BUILD EXCEPTIONAL USER EXPERIENCES - Lead with strong UX judgment in a real-time, multi-participant environment. - Work closely with Design to create intuitive, low-friction experiences for hosts and participants. - Balance simplicity for end users with power and configurability for enterprise customers. BE THE VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER - Engage directly with customers—enterprise admins, hosts, and end users. - Translate customer feedback, usage patterns, and market signals into clear product decisions. - Represent customer needs credibly with Engineering, Research, Sales, and Leadership.
