Field Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Field Solutions Architect to drive detection success across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. In this position, you will serve as the technical expert for mid-market trials and demos—ensuring customers experience the full value of Doppel. What You Will Do Lead detection-focused trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts for mid-market prospects. Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed throughout the sales cycle and instance deployment. Develop and validate detection strategies that align with customer environments while leading customer-specific platform configurations, investigating missed alerts, and validating detection efficacy. Assist with client escalations Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and enhance detection coverage and ensure customer satisfaction. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows, including designing, testing, and validating detection logic in real-world environments Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies, configuring platforms to align with diverse technical stacks and threat models Comfort leading technical trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle Proven problem-solving skills, with experience investigating missed alerts, tuning detections, and validating detection efficacy Experience supporting customers through escalations, maintaining a calm, structured, and customer-first approach Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing technical depth with execution speed Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful mindset, with a genuine interest in improving detection coverage and customer outcomes Why Join Doppel Meaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s success Remote first culture with flexibility built in Flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and more A high growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility Base: $60,000–$85,000 | OTE: $95,000-120,000 + equity Salary Range $60,000 $120,000 USD
