About the Role As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you’ll drive the initiatives that define how we grow, where we expand, and how we operate at scale. This is a leadership role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into execution. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Strategy Officer—but you’ll own outcomes. From identifying opportunities to setting direction to pushing initiatives across the finish line, this role will build momentum and deliver results. Requirements - 5–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions - Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills - Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments - A hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver - Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach - Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week Why Join Growth and impact.
