The Future Platforms Team - Executing on EliseAI’s Future Products The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines. This team will blend go-to-market, product, operations, and strategy with a mandate to push the frontier of AI and own everything required to take them from idea to market leadership. Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, fundamentally transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes. Future Platforms will operate as a startup within a startup, run like a Seed or Series A company but with the capital, resources, and market access of a well-funded Series E, deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one. About The Role As an Engagement Lead on the Future Platforms team, you’ll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. This is a cross-functional, high-autonomy role that sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and execution. You’ll act as the primary driver of engagement success: building alignment across complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high-stakes implementation and workflow decisions, and coordinating tightly with Product and Engineering to translate real-world needs into clear requirements and shipped improvements. Because this platform is early-stage and scaling quickly, you won’t just run engagements—you’ll systematize how we do them, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that let us scale rapidly without losing quality. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder: comfortable with ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management and execution, energized by building internal systems that scale, and willing to do whatever it takes to drive customer outcomes.
