As a Senior Product Designer on the CareHub team, you’ll join a collaborative group of designers who care deeply about creating cohesive, intuitive product experiences that have a real impact. Our design team plays a central role in solving meaningful problems for millions of members managing their joint and muscle health, making a tangible difference in their lives every day. Care Operations is CareHub's operational backbone—the infrastructure, tools, and automation that connect members to the right care teams and support Member Operations, Demand Enablement, and Licensing & Credentialing. In this role, you will help evolve Care Ops into an industry-grade Practice Management solution, transforming fragmented, manual workflows into a unified, modern platform. You'll tackle complex operational challenges—from member assignment and workload balancing to compliance management—creating interfaces that enable teams to work efficiently at scale without adding overhead. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH - Design for operational excellence: Create intuitive workflows for Member Operations to process applications, manage reviews, and handle transitions—reducing manual effort and context switching. - Enable scalable care delivery: Design tools for Demand Enablement to optimize care team utilization, forecast capacity, and balance workloads. - Simplify complex systems: Transform fragmented workflows across Admin Panel, Slack, and other tools into streamlined, role-based CareHub experiences. - Support compliance: Design efficient interfaces for managing PT licenses, credentials, and compliance requirements. - Champion design quality: Ensure solutions meet high visual and interaction design standards while maintaining consistency with CareHub's design system. WHO YOU ARE You are a design thinker who thrives in complexity. You are energized by thorny user needs, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to modernize legacy tools. With a "0 to 1" mindset, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and partnering closely with product and engineering teammates to make decisions quickly, learn, and iterate. You are an innovator who pulls inspiration from unexpected sources and actively explores how emerging tools like generative AI can enhance workflows. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product design, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience. - End-to-end portfolio demonstrating ownership of product design work, including examples of shipped or in-market products that show both interaction and visual design capabilities. - Visual design expertise, applying principles including layout, iconography, and typography to create cohesive and accessible interfaces. - Prototyping proficiency, using tools and methods to test, validate, and communicate design intent. Preferred Qualifications - Master of many mediums: You design seamlessly across mobile, desktop, wearables, and other interfaces. - AI curiosity: You actively explore how emerging tools like generative AI can enhance workflows, creativity, or product experiences. - Passion for Healthcare or Fitness: You are passionate about enabling others to live their healthiest lives through design and technology.
