Join the team transforming how millions of people access musculoskeletal (MSK) care by building the engine that powers our world-class technology organization.
As the Recruiting Manager, Technology, you will do more than just fill seats—you will put Hinge Health on the map for top-tier engineering talent. Supporting our CTO organization (Engineering, Data & Insights, and Hardware), you will architect a global talent strategy that seamlessly integrates our hubs in San Francisco, India, and Montreal.
We have the mission, the funding, and the technology; your challenge is to tell that story. You will lead the charge in elevating our technical brand in these competitive markets, ensuring that the world’s best engineers don’t just know who we are, but see us as their next career-defining move.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- In your first 3 months: You will audit our current global recruiting workflows and partner with Marketing and Engineering leadership to define our "Technical Talent Brand" narrative for San Francisco, India, and Montreal.
- In your first 6 months: You will launch targeted employer branding campaigns in our key hubs, increasing qualified passive candidate interest by 20%. You will operationalize a "one-team" global hiring model that reduces friction between our US and international processes.
- In your first year: You will own the long-term recruiting strategy for India, establishing it as a center of excellence for technical talent. You will have built a predictable, data-driven recruiting machine that consistently hits hiring targets while significantly raising our brand awareness in the global tech community.

- A "Learn-it-all": You dive deep into the technical domains you support. You don't just know we need "engineers"; you understand the nuances between our Data & Insights needs vs. Hardware engineering and can translate that into effective sourcing strategies.
- A Storyteller: You know how to craft a compelling pitch that resonates with engineers in Bangalore just as well as it does in the Bay Area. You understand that "brand awareness" isn't just a marketing metric—it's a recruiting weapon.
- A Trust Builder: You communicate effectively across borders and time zones. You can align a hiring manager in San Francisco with a recruiting team in India, ensuring everyone is moving in lockstep toward shared goals.
- Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced environments. When headcount shifts or priorities change, you don't panic—you pivot, using data to reset expectations and "Make Results Happen."
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a deep understanding of software engineering, data, and/or hardware talent markets.
- 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching recruiters to hit ambitious goals.
- Global recruiting expertise, specifically with experience driving hiring strategies in India and partnering with international teams.
- Employer Branding experience: Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies that increase brand visibility in competitive markets (experience with events, partnerships, or digital campaigns is a plus).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience scaling technical teams in a pre-IPO or high-growth environment.
- Deep familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS) and the ability to screen for technical aptitude.
