About the Team This role will report to the Director of Corporate Finance under the Strategic Finance team. This team is responsible for supporting the Company’s strategic decision-making through long-range planning, financial analyses, along with operational finance support, including planning and budgeting, cash flow forecasting, corporate development, and investor relations. The team partners across nearly every function at Life360 to provide data-driven guidance that enables growth and efficiency. About the Job As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be a strategic finance partner with primary ownership of our Long-Range Planning process and critical support for our Investor Relations and Strategic Finance functions. This role combines deep analytical rigor with executive communication, requiring someone who can translate complex financial scenarios into compelling narratives. You'll gain valuable exposure to senior leadership, tackling the most pressing business challenges, and immersing yourself in all aspects of Life360's operations. The ideal candidate should have an innate attention to detail, excellent financial modeling skills, a strong analytical mindset, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented work environment. The US-based salary range for this position is $157,000 to $185,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do Support the company’s Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development activities Own the development and continuous refinement of Life360's Long-Range Plan (our robust long-term financial model) to inform strategic decisions for the executive team and the board, including financial impacts under various scenarios Partner with various stakeholders and senior executives to develop investor presentations, supporting documents and analyses for external messaging, and other relevant materials required for quarterly reporting and investor communications Prepare Board of Directors Executive presentations, Investor Relations materials, and play a role in any financing and MA activities Perform financial analysis and modeling for ad-hoc special projects, including working with ambiguity and/or large data sets Support the Strategic Finance function, including monthly cash flow forecasting, systems support, presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc business needs Collaborate across Strategic Finance, Accounting, Data Analy ...
