CRM Campaign Manager – Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a CRM Campaign Manager (9-month fixed term contract) to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. Monopoly GO! is a global phenomenon and the biggest mobile game launch in history, captivating millions of players worldwide. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain. As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be a hands-on, execution-focused contributor responsible for delivering high-impact, player-centric communications across email, push, and in-app messaging. You will partner closely with Creative, Product, and Data to translate CRM strategy into best-in-class campaigns, ensuring timely execution, strong personalization, and continuous performance optimization. What You Will Do Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across email, push notifications, and in-game messaging Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns in line with existing CRM strategy and best practices Work with segmentation, targeting, coordination and personalization to deliver relevant and impactful player communications Partner with Creative to brief, review, and iterate on copy and assets Monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data Ensure consistent quality, and execution while maintaining delivery timelines What We're Looking For An experienced CRM professional with a strong executional background Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments (mobile games, apps, or consumer products) Confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritizing effectively Data-savvy and curious, with the ability to turn performance into action A proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional partners Able to ramp up quickly, operate autonomously, and deliver impact within a defined timeframe Nice to have Experience with lifecycle or automated CRM programs Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms Background in gaming, mobile apps, or social casinos.
