Niantic is looking for a Live Events Marketing Manager, LATAM, to support the marketing and execution of regional events for Pokémon GO. What You Will Do Support the planning and execution of our live events marketing calendar Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute live event activations across the region, ranging from 100 to 100,000 players Own the production of real-world live events, managing a detailed budget and overseeing agency relationships Develop and track against workback schedules, ensuring key achievements are met on time and deadlines are not missed Assist with key workstreams, such as building decks, briefing assets, and updating reference documents Deliver post event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements Required in-office 2 days a week What You Will Do Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years experience producing live events Strong project management and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business Willingness to travel About Scopely Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, home to many of the world’s most beloved and enduring experiences, including two of the most successful mobile games of all-time “MONOPOLY GO!” and “Pokémon GO,” along with “Stumble Guys,” “Star Trek™ Fleet Command,” “MARVEL Strike Force,” “WWE Champions,” the Scrabble® franchise, “Yahtzee® With Buddies,” and many others.
