Scopely is looking for a Senior Game Economy Designer to join our Yahtzee! With Buddies team either in Tel Aviv or in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players. What You Will Do Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses rewards for in-game events, competitions challenges Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement performance with our features Investigate different economic models for different segments of users Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content Plan A/B testing and analyze their effectiveness Manage optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior What We’re Looking For Experience as a game economy manager or game designer Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a similar quantitative field or equivalent work experience High analytical skills proven experience in quantifying modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals Proven experience working with Product, Design LiveOps teams Proficient in English Bonus Points Experience working with AI tools and simulation creation At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
