Your Impact: As a Senior Backend Engineer at Torch, you’ll play a key role in evolving our platform’s architecture, building high-performance distributed systems, and developing agentic workflows that power our next generation of AI-enabled product experiences. You’ll design the backend systems that support LLM-powered features at scale - whether that means orchestrating web or voice agents to fetch data, building reliable workflows and safeguards for ingestion and normalization, or ensuring everything operates securely and compliantly.
