Sr. Development Process Engineer / Technologist

Position Overview: The Senior Development Process Engineer/Technologist leads the design and execution of advanced experimental programs to develop and optimize novel metal additive manufacturing processes. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, providing technical direction and mentorship to engineers and technologists while driving innovation from concept through implementation. The Senior Engineer collaborates cross-functionally to define project scope, establish technical strategy, develop comprehensive project plans, and create rigorous experimental methodologies. Additionally, this role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, mitigating technical risk, and translating research outcomes into scalable, production-ready manufacturing solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
