We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco! As an Acquisitions Client Account Manager on Reddit’s B2B Services team, you will partner with new advertisers to launch their first campaigns on Reddit and build the foundation for long-term growth on the platform. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 10–25 advertisers, designing structured Test Learn roadmaps, demonstrating the performance value of Reddit as a marketing channel, and identifying opportunities to scale investment. In this role, you will work with some of the most innovative B2B companies (ranging from high growth startups to Fortune 1000 enterprises), helping them tap into Reddit’s uniquely engaged communities to drive awareness, consideration, and measurable business outcomes.
Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Activation: Lead new advertisers through their first successful activation on Reddit, supporting Business Manager setup, campaign creation, and driving rapid time-to-launch so advertisers can quickly see early performance signals and momentum.
Signal Technical Foundations: Partner with advertisers to establish strong signal and measurement foundations (Pixel, CAPI, MTA, and MMM) to ensure campaigns are set up for accurate tracking and scalable performance.
Performance Optimization Goal Attainment: Proactively analyze campaign performance data, build and execute structured Test Learn roadmaps (e.g., creative A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies), and provide data-backed recommendations to help clients achieve and exceed their initial goals.
Revenue Growth Investment Expansion: Identify and secure opportunities to scale advertiser investment by demonstrating clear performance impact and ROI, driving upsell and expansion across your portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Ad Operations to ensure advertisers are onboarded successfully, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve campaign setup and performance.
B2B Data Measurement Partnerships: Leverage third-party data and intent partners (e.g., Bombora, Demandbase, Octane11) to help advertisers identify high-intent audiences, strengthen ABM strategies, and unlock deeper performance insights.
Client Growth Account Transition: Ensure advertisers reach defined success milestones and are positioned for continued investment and growth, partnering closely with peers to transition accounts and unlock the next phase of opportunity.
Account Performance Storytelling: Monitor and analyze campaign performance while translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through client meetings, presentations, and written communications.
Organic + Paid Strategy: Introduce advertisers to Reddit Pro and organic best practices, helping clients combine community engagement with paid media to influence key decision makers across the B2B buying committee.
Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing
Experience managing or contributing to revenue targets through client expansion, upsell, or portfolio growth.
