About the Role We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex customer implementations and help strengthen our implementation practices. Senior Implementation Managers lead the most complex implementations and help resolve challenging situations. In addition to leading implementations, this role helps improve how the team operates by contributing to implementation playbooks, migration patterns, and internal best practices as new patterns emerge. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations end-to-end - Manage implementation kickoff, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live - Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track - Act as an informal escalation point for Implementation Managers when needed - Help develop and refine implementation playbooks, migration patterns, and internal standards - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve complex issues - Ensure strong customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle - Support a smooth transition to Support or Customer Experience after go-live WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Ability to independently manage complex implementations and customer situations - Effective handling of select escalations from Implementation Managers - Few preventable escalations during implementations - Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams - Contributions to improving internal implementation practices and standards WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Strong experience leading complex customer implementations - Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems in fast-moving environments - Deep understanding of implementation workflows, data migration, and configuration - Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to mentor and guide team members without formal management responsibility - Strong collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams
