The Lead Developer Role - Data Integration Connectivity team We are a forward-thinking company specializing in developing cutting-edge connectors for Business Intelligence (BI) tools, focusing on Data Integration. Our solutions seamlessly connect diverse technologies, including OpenAI, Vector DB, Cloud services, ERP(Workday, SAP), Databases, and many more, enabling businesses to unlock the full potential of their data. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Software Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of our integration solutions. As a Development Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and scalability in an environment of rapidly changing technologies. What makes this role interesting? Leadership: Your role will be at the heart of the team as a leader of a highly skilled Java developer team based in France. Working closely with international team members in China and Ukraine. Your role will also go outside as well to represent the team and highlight our technical projects.  Technology smorgasbord: Within the same week you may work on across diverse domains such as AI technologies, ERP systems and cloud services applications. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: Team management: Lead, mentor and inspire a team of software engineers to delivery high-quality software solutions Collaborative Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in required languages, ensure well-documented designs and test cases, and implement automated tests for reliability and performance. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal and external developers to improve our tools continually, staying updated with new technologies and industry best practices. Community Engagement: Actively engaged in sharing our practices, organizing events, webinars, and forums to promote engagement and collaboration. We’re looking for a teammate with: Experience leading a Java-oriented developer team, including daily guidance as well as long-term HR management Expertise in building integration solution with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines. Expertise in Java Experience with Git, JIRA, Docker and Jenkins Experience with BI Tools, ETL/ELT, Kubernetes, TCK or Eclipse RCP is a plus. Excellent analytics mindset and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for technical documentation. Tech savvy with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
