You’ll partner with sales, customer success, and partner teams to deliver technical presentations, resolve complex issues, and enable partners to deliver best-in-class ClickUp solutions. You’ll also help shape our channel strategy and support expansion in key <strong>LATAM markets.</strong></div> <h3 class="ql-heading" data-collapse-state="expanded" data-block-id="block-37c6faf6-692a-4c10-bcf1-0f62c01bcfd5">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to channel partners and their customers.</li> <li>Serve as the technical point of contact for direct clients and partners, supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and proof of concepts.</li> <li>Direct customer engagement is required. Demonstrated experience in direct customer deal involvement, including engaging with clients to understand requirements, present tailored solutions, and drive successful deal outcomes.</li> <li>Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.</li> <li>Enable and train partners on ClickUp’s platform, new features, and best practices—including AI, integrations, and workflow automation.</li> <li>Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Build and maintain demo environments and resources tailored for channel use cases.</li> <li>Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and partner enablement materials.</li> <li>Drive partner certification and ongoing enablement programs.</li> <li>Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product and process improvements.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ClickUp’s evolving product suite.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate seamless handoff to post-sales teams, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.</li> </ul> <h3 class="ql-heading" data-collapse-state="expanded" data-block-id="block-db9bd9b1-2edd-4a5f-9dab-1c0faf60ddeb">Channel-Specific ...
