The Team: Our External Communications Team plays a crucial role in shaping the Celonis narrative, engaging audiences, and building strong relationships with media, analysts, and the broader public. Our goal is to create and maintain a positive reputation through compelling content, public relations, and storytelling. The Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated Working Student to support our External Communications Team in project management, research, reporting, content creation and editing. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, journalism and digital content. You’ll work closely with the team to support their thought leadership, research, and content development efforts. The work you’ll do: Project Management Coordination Track content production timelines and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders Help manage editorial calendars and content pipelines Coordinate with designers, contributors, and other internal teams to ensure timely publication Own reporting to be presented to executives and various spokespeople Research Content Development Conduct in-depth research on topics like enterprise technology (such as Process Intelligence, AI, automation, etc.), industry trends (manufacturing, banking, public sector, etc.) and business news (mergers acquisitions, executive appointments, product and technology announcements, events, etc) Gather data points, statistics, and insights to support storytelling and thought leadership Assist in drafting and structuring content, including blog posts, bylined articles, reports, media pitches, awards submissions, and other external communications Liaise with content stakeholders, such as Celonis subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, and external partners The qualifications you need: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations Marketing, or a related with at least 1 year remaining in your studies English professional fluency and writing skills required Strong organizational and project management abilities and time management skills Strong research and analytical skills—able to synthesize complex topics into clear, engaging insights Interest in enterprise technology, such as AI, automation, and digital transformation is a plus Previous experience in content creation, PR, internal or external communications What Celonis Can Offer You: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business.
