As our customer base grows more complex, so does the GTM machine behind it, and we’re looking for a Global Head of Revenue Operations to help us scale internationally.</p> <p>This isn’t a “decks and dashboards” RevOps role. Our team is embedded across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance, and we’re looking for a leader who can turn complexity into focus.<strong> </strong>Someone who can see around corners, connect dots across functions, and design the operating rhythm that keeps GTM running smoothly.</p> <p>If you’re excited to reduce friction, drive alignment, and architect the next phase of our revenue engine, you’ll thrive here.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and scale a global high-performing team focused on enabling GTM leaders to execute with precision and speed across AMER & EMEA</li> <li>Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance, ensuring our teams are aligned around shared goals and insights</li> <li>Own GTM planning cycles (capacity planning, territory design, quota setting) in partnership with Strategic Finance</li> <li>Design and evolve the systems, processes, and workflows that support our GTM teams—always with an eye toward simplicity, clarity, and scalability</li> <li>Translate data into insights that drive decision-making, from day-to-day operational choices to board-level strategy</li> <li>Build and maintain a culture of trust, curiosity, and continuous improvement within RevOps and across GTM</li> <li>Partner with leadership to proactively identify friction in the customer lifecycle—from lead to renewal—and remove it</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:</strong></p> <p>You’ll report into the executive team and partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, TCX, Strategic Finance, and Product.
