Title: Data Compliance Analyst Department: Legal Privacy Reports To: Privacy Counsel FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: New York, NY Job Summary This role will assist the Privacy Team with a wide variety of projects and research related to key contract terms, product updates, data protection (including privacy and security compliance), and contract management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and summarize vendor and data partner contracts for key terms. Analyze Prove’s solutions and data flows for adherence to any applicable contract terms Assist in ensuring that Prove client contracts address any applicable vendor or data partner contract terms Assist in organizing Privacy team resources, and internal processes. Assist with contract management and organization. Collaborate with the Legal Privacy team and cross-functional business teams. Qualifications and Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience either as a paralegal or in a similar role Experience with or strong interest in learning data technology details, including data flows, database structure and API documentation Organization and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Ability to multitask on a multitude of projects with minimal supervision Experience with or strong interest in learning about security and privacy-related laws, such as the GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA ( preferred but not required) Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
