ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in optimising our paid media activity across Google and Bing, including search, Performance Max, and Vehicle Ads campaigns. You'll gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and reporting, working closely with our Performance Marketing Managers to learn the intricacies of paid search strategy and optimisation. A passion for data and a desire to learn the latest industry trends are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Campaign Support and Optimisation: Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to optimisation efforts.
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Communication: Support performance analysis by spotting trends and building reports alongside the team. Help prepare stakeholder presentations while developing skills to communicate campaign insights and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Strategic Support: Help shape the development of paid search strategies by conducting research, competitive analysis, and brainstorming new ideas. Learn how paid search integrates with overall growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local market teams, organic search, Brand and marketing analytics by assisting with communication, data sharing, and coordination of activities.
- Learning and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in paid search. Contribute to the testing and implementation of new ideas, under the guidance of senior team members.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1 year of experience in paid search, including experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel (essential), and experience with Tableau or SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
