The Role Join Veeva as we advance our MedTech customers through the adoption of next-generation Regulatory Solutions. As a Services Lead, you are accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations and for building long-term, trusted relationships with your customers. In meeting these objectives, you will specifically: Ensure customer and employee success Lead your customers and support the delivery teams Drive MedTech best practices to support implementation excellence Foster innovative collateral creation to support successful delivery Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes to your customers This is a remote, US-based with a requirement for Eastern or Central Time with required travel.
